Paper Page Limit:
Regular Papers: 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Up to 5 extra pages may be purchased at $50 USD/300RMB per extra page.

**** For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as authors in Iran, please pay Euros as: 1 Euro = 1.25 USD.
